As you know we have pretty well finished our relocation, and things are settling down very nicely, and for the most part, the whole process went off without any major setbacks.

I just wanted to pass on to you how grateful we were to you for taking such good care of us, in the selling of our house in Carseland. I just can't say enough about how well it all went. I would have to say, that through the whole process, what impressed us the most was the genuine caring nature, which you displayed with the coaching and reassurances you provided through our daily contact. There will never be doubt in our minds that the reason we were able to sell our house, within the time frame we required, for the price we were asking, was due solely to your professionalism, dedication and hard work.

When all was said and done, we feel we didn't just end up getting a house sold, we were lucky to get to know someone who we consider to be a valued friend.

When I listed my home with Jody, I found that she was not just any realtor. I found that Jody was enthusiastic, energetic and very knowledgeable of the real estate market. I found her easy to communicate with, very accessible, always willing to lend a hand and willing to share her experience with me to ensure that the house was in the right condition to sell, and to sell fast.

Through her hard work she was able to get me the listed price of the house. She was extremely personable and dealt fairly with everyone.

I am now using Jody to help me find a new home and am confident that again with her diligently working with me that she will find me the right home. I believe that a finer realtor would be extremely hard to find.
